If you have specific questions, complaints or comments about products you have purchased through ieco, please refer to the product packaging and contact the manufacturer directly regarding your concerns.

Although ieco tries to maintain healthy stock levels, it cannot guarantee that all products will be in stock at all times. If a specific product you have ordered is not in stock, ieco will inform you at its earliest convenience, at which time you can decide to have the product shipped separately and incur any costs associated with said shipment, wait until the product is restocked and have your order shipped once it is complete, or exclude the product from your order.
