How do I get started raising funds via the ieco community?

Simply fill out our online registration form with some basic information about you and your organization. Any and all information we collect will be used solely for ieco community fundraising purposes and will never be sold or distributed to third parties.

 

How long does it take to get my organization approved?

After filling out the registration form, we will get back to you within 2-3 business days to let you know whether you have been approved or whether we require more information from you.

 

Is there any specific criteria my organization must meet in order to raise funds through the ieco community?

Our goal at ieco is to support groups and organizations with an altruistic and community-based focus. Your organization does not necessarily need to be a registered charity or non-profit group, but should be, in some way, focused on helping, supporting and improving the community.

 

When will we receive our portion of the fundraising proceeds?

Fundraising cheques are mailed out every two months. The amount you receive is based on the previous two month's sales; for example, you would receive a fundraising proceed cheque in mid-March for the sales that were put through your organization's account for the months of January and February.  If you are running a short-term fundraising campaign, or if you require your fundraising proceeds by a specific date, please contact us or provide this information on your registration form. Provided that you give us two weeks advance notice, we will forward a cheque for any funds you have raised by the date you specify.

What types of products will I find at the ieco community marketplace?

We strive to carry products that are not only natural, healthy and environmentally friendly, but also fulfill everyday needs. The goods you will find at the ieco community marketplace include, among other useful items, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant and household cleaning solutions. Our product lines are manufactured by reputable companies, including Burt's Bees, Alba and Method, and are priced competitively.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments.

 

Where do you ship to?

Currently, the ieco community ships to any address in Canada which is serviced by Canada Post. For more information, please see our product delivery page.

 

When can I expect my order?

Orders placed with the ieco community are shipped once per week via Canada Post. After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order should then arrive at the address you provided within 5-10 business days. Please see our product delivery page for more information.

 

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order and then a second email informing you that your order has been processed. A "processed" order has already been shipped. If you contact us before your order has been processed, we will do our best to make the requested changes to your order.

 

What is your return policy?

The ieco community does not issue refunds. However, if the product you wish to return is unused, unopened, in good condition and you contact us regarding the return within 30 days of placing the order, we will issue you an ieco community credit that you can apply to your next purchase. The products I received are incorrect and/or damaged; what do I do?

Upon receiving your order, please take a few moments to ensure that your order is complete and correct and that all products are in good condition. If any items are damaged, or are not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then arrange to replace the damaged, missing, or incorrect products at no charge to you. Can I use manufacturer's coupons to get discounts on products purchased through the ieco community?

Unfortunately not. We receive our products from a natural wholesale distributor, not directly from the manufacturer, so we are unable to honor manufacturer's coupons.

 

Why am I taken to another website to enter my payment information?

In order to ensure that your personal information is 100% secure and to remain PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliant, the ieco community website uses a hosted gateway service provided by PayPal. This means that all the personal and financial information you provide to us is encrypted, secure and is stored and processed by a reputable company with the capacity to do so.
