
All products ordered from the ieco community website will be shipped via Canada Post. We have opted to use Canada Post, as we see this as the most economical and environmentally friendly shipping method available. Since Canada Post trucks and carriers will be visiting our customers' homes and neighborhoods anyway, using them as our delivery service provider does not create the additional pollution that large courier trucks do. This helps us reduce our carbon footprint, as it means that no additional greenhouse gases are entering the environment due to our activities.
We offer free shipping on orders that total $98.00 or more before taxes. Orders that total less than $98.00 will be subject to a $12.00 shipping and handling fee. In calculating our shipping costs, we have done our best to estimate actual Canada Post shipping charges and then pass these savings straight along to you.
At this time, the ieco community ships to any location in Canada that is served by Canada Post.
We ship orders once per week from our distribution center in Nanaimo BC. Once you receive an email notifying you that your order has been processed, that means that it has been shipped, so you can expect to see your order within 5-10 business days. If there are extenuating circumstances, such as foul weather or dangerous road conditions, or if you live in a rural area, your order may take a few days longer to arrive.
We want you to be happy with all the purchases you make at ieco community market. After you have placed an order, please review your order confirmation email to ensure that the order, as we have received it, is complete and includes the correct quantities and products you intended to order. If the order is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes before shipping your products. Once you receive an email stating that your order has been processed, we can no longer make changes, as this means that it has already been shipped.
We will accept returns of any unopened and unused products up to 30 days after the day you completed the order. We do not offer refunds, but will be happy to provide you with a credit for the purchase price amount, which you can then apply to your next ieco community purchase. If you wish to return unopened products within this 30 day time period, please contact us so that we can provide you with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This helps us ensure that the products are received and credited correctly. The cost and arrangements to return products that were sent in accordance with your original order is your responsibility.
If, however, your order, or any portion thereof is incorrect or damaged, we will replace the damaged products or send you out the correct products at no charge. Upon receiving your order, please take a few moments to ensure that your order is complete, correct and that all products are in good condition. If any items are damaged, or are not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then arrange to replace the damaged, missing, or incorrect products at no charge, provided you contact us within 30 days of placing the original order.
